Please allow 5 - 10 working days for your order to arrive within the UK and 10-20 working days outside the UK (international e.g. Europe & USA)

Once we have received your order, we will send you a order confirmation email. 

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Rich Badness are here to help. 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We will not accept any returns unless you have notified us within the 14 days, unless the item is defective on arrival.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are defective or have been damaged in transit must be notified to us on date of arrival within the 14 day period for exchange. We will not accept any returns unless we are notified within the above time frames. 

Exchange

Rich Badness offers exchange only, we do not offer refunds. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, at your request we will supply you with a replacement item.
